Bench S · closed-back studio headphones

The Bench S has no battery, no radio and no app. It has a 45 mm driver, a 250 ohm coil that wants a real headphone output, and a detachable cable on a locking mini-XLR so the part that fails first is the part you can replace for $19. The cups are closed and deep enough that your ear does not touch the driver, which is why this pair weighs 340 g and the Bench 1 does not. Pads are velour and swap by hand. We tune it flat between 40 Hz and 12 kHz and we publish the curve on the product page rather than describing it with an adjective. If you are looking for bass that arrives before the note does, this is not the pair.
